When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and do not share it with third parties.
The tools in the Toolbox run entirely in your browser. No patient or practice data you load into a tool is ever transmitted to our servers — it never leaves your device. See our trust & compliance page for the full technical explanation.
When you sign in to the Toolbox we keep your account email address and clinic name to send login codes and manage access. Each time you open a tool, our server records which tool, which account, and when, with a running count per tool, so we can see which tools clinics use and where to focus development. That record is usage statistics only: it never contains file contents or any patient, claim, or practice data.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising networks. If this changes we will update this policy and notify users.
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond. We do not build marketing lists.
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing support@kireidata.com.
Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
