When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and do not share it with third parties.

The tools in the Toolbox run entirely in your browser. No patient or practice data you load into a tool is ever transmitted to our servers — it never leaves your device.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising networks. If this changes we will update this policy and notify users.

Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts — loaded from Google's servers; subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Formspree — handles contact form submissions; subject to Formspree's privacy policy.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond. We do not build marketing lists.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing support@kireidata.com.
